Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canada:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
United States:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
NEXUS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@nexusstore.ca and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@nexusstore.ca with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs & Duties (US Orders)
International shipments to the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
